ENCORE Chamber Music Institute seeks a highly motivated individual interested in managing a rapidly growing musical and educational organization.

The Operations Manager works closely with the Artistic Director to coordinate, manage, and produce the 3-week summer festival. The Operations Manager also lead the Day-to-Day Operations, Advancement, and Board Liaison activities of the organization during the off-season.
