Jessy Boyce brings a diverse background in nonprofit arts administration, operations, marketing, and event coordination to her role as Operations Manager of ENCORE Chamber Music Institute. With previous experience at organizations including the Skaneateles Festival, Unified Global Archiving, and Emma + James, she has led initiatives in ticketing, donor engagement, digital strategy, and organizational development. She holds a B.A. from the Baldwin Wallace University Arts Management Program. She is passionate about creating efficient systems that support vibrant, artistically-driven programming.
